Scare Tactics, is an artwork that looks at the leading narrative strategies surrounding the term ‘‘terrorism.’’
It states that the storytelling surrounding the term, post nine - eleven has been and is biased & manipulative.
Contributing to xenophobia, current political movements, and targeting of marginalized groups.
Scare Tactics proposes a shared responsibility of cultural producers and consumers to reject and reconstruct the media narrative.

Scare Tactics consists of a workshop that develops strategies to reject and reconstruct. Book sculptures presenting the enormity of the narrative, sound pieces of music isolated from news coverage of
‘terrorism’. Tables, chairs and glasses to facilitate gathering and discussions.
